🚀 Interested in optics, thin-film coatings, and advanced laser technologies? Join ELI Beamlines, one of the world's leading laser research facilities, and gain hands-on experience with thin-film deposition, optical measurements, and coating optimization for cutting-edge scientific applications. What will you do? • Learn and perform physical vapor deposition experiments • Measure and analyze optical properties of deposited coatings • Evaluate film thickness uniformity and optimize coating masks • Process experimental data and contribute to improving coating performance • Collaborate with scientists and engineers in an international research environment What are we looking for? • Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. student in Physics, Optics, Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field • Basic knowledge of physics and optics • Analytical thinking and attention to detail • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn • Ability to work effectively in a team • Fluent English What do we offer? • Internship duration: approximately 2 months (from August 15th to October 16th) • Dedicated mentor and support throughout the internship • Opportunity to work on a real scientific project • International environment with experts from around the world • Internship certificate upon completion • Networking events for interns • Valuable experience for future academic and professional careers https://www.eli-beams.eu/cs/
