Finance Business Partner
You’ll become part of the Discover trainee program, designed for graduates and students of university who are seeking a full-time job. Over two years, you’ll rotate through several different roles and departments to become an expert with a broad perspective. You’ll be assigned challenging projects, but you’ll get plenty of support to help you succeed. You'll receive training in both hard and soft skills to grow your expertise and your leadership potential. Throughout the program, you’ll meet other Discover trainees and build a community of people who share your mindset.
Who are we looking for?
You speak English fluently, and knowledge of Czech is an advantage. You’re ambitious and eager to move into leadership roles, and you’re willing to put in the necessary effort. You understand this program gives you a lot, but it also expects a lot from you.
What can you expect:
Financial Controlling: Communicating with business owners and collaborating on financial management
Project Participation: Preparing new commercial activities and setting financial and commercial targets
Reporting and Analysis: Regular management reporting, ad-hoc analyses, and evaluating financial and commercial results
Process improvement: Simplifying and automating existing processes and reports (ideally using PowerBI)
Planning and Monitoring: Planning and analyzing tracked
