Waiters and Waitresses are responsible for welcoming and serving guests in a section of a restaurant, bar or event.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Waiter or Waitress, you may be assigned to work across any of our hotel F&B venues. You will:
· Welcome guests to build rapport and create a great first impression
· Know your menus and daily specials in detail
· Communicate effectively with the culinary team and the bar team
· Serve food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently
· Check that guests’ experiences meet their expectations, and take action to improve service and resolve complaints
· Assist in restocking inventory and equipment
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We’re looking for someone with passion for food and beverage. Full training is provided so previous experience isn’t essential, basic awareness of POS and F&B systems would be advantageous.
