English/German Customer Support Specialist
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and/or processes via email or phone calls
- Resolve reported issues, develop a resolution plan, and walk customers through the steps to remedy
- Provide solutions when a permanent solution will take an extended period of time
- Collaborate with other company departments to resolve customer issues that require a higher level of expertise in the area, while maintaining accountability for the entire resolution process
- Update and maintain the knowledge base as new processes, programs, and platforms are introduced
- Identify issues and trends and recommend changes to improve personal and team performance
- Act as a mediator between customers and the technical escalation team
