IT researcher – Junior IT recruiter Prague, full remote, part-time job, contract In this role you will: • Screening and sourcing on Linkedin and other social networks up the requirements • Use platforms related to IT, to source potential candidates • Assist in the organization of candidates’ interviews with clients • Preparation of candidates, and follow-up after their interviews Requirements: • 0-1 year of agency recruitment experience • Ability to display sourcing skills and easily navigate various sourcing platforms • Communication skills and interpersonal relationships • Good judgment to prioritize work • Handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives • Advanced English level, Czech language is plus What we offer: • Full remote work model • You can manage your own work balance and choose the time, that suit you. • Excellent compensation we are open to hiring disable part-time, full-time, and contract is possible MGR CONSULTING s.r.o.
